Linear vs Leveraged Income

Richard Poe created havoc in 1996 when he wrote an expose called "We Create Millionaires" in Success Magazine while he was editor. It outlined the rise and rise of Network Marketing as "The most Powerful way to Reach Consumers in the Nineties" It slammed the detractors of MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) and Network Marketing (NWM). It showed how ANY ordinary person could use leverage to create wealth.

Richard went on to become the most notable writer on MLM when he wrote "Wave 3 - The New Era in Network Marketing" He has released numerous books since. The most recent is "Wave 4" and "The Wave 4 Way to Build Your Downline".

Linear Income requires YOU to be there to earn $(X) for every (Y) hours you work. It is limited by the number of hours you can personally work.

 Linear Income = X ($ per hour) x Y (hours)

Leveraged Income (Network Marketing Income) allows you to earn a small percentage (commission) on every person you train and on the ones that THEY train etc. That's why they call it a network.

 Leverage = X ($/person) x Y (hours/person) x Z (people)

As you can see by this example your income is UNLIMITED when you add leverage because there is no limit to the number of people you can develop in your business network.
